Project Title: Dissecting human hematopoietic differentiation by polychromatic flow cytometry and single cell transcriptome analysis.
Work Package(s) to which it is related: WP1, transversal to all research WP.
Objectives and scientific expected results:
i) to use polychromatic flow cytometry in conjunction with molecular analysis to construct signaling design and a reliable diagnostic reference panel (based on B-cells, T-cells and monocytes markers).
ii) To define a transcriptional “signature” that reflect phenotypical differences in functional potential between subpopulations from HSCs to differentiated populations.
