Work Package(s) to which it is related : WP2, WP3.
Objectives and scientific expected results:
i) To study the cell autonomous role of TSLPR and associated mutations in IL7R initiation and progression of leukemia
ii) To determine the role of human TSLP (hTSLP) in the microenvironment
iii) To determine the role of hTSLP in growth and drug resistance of CRLF2 (TSLPR) ALL.
