Identification of Sox6 and NR2F2 downstream networks controlling normal (and malignant) erythropoiesis.
Work Package(s) to which it is related : WP2, WP3.
Objectives and scientific expected results:
i) identification of Sox6 and NR2F2 genes/networks in erythroid differentiation.
ii) functional validation of novel critical effectors controlling the proliferation in erythroid cells.
