Objectives and scientific expected results: To investigate the role of m6A modification in AML cell differentiation, with the aim to identify a) the RNA targets (coding and non-coding) of this modification with a potential role in AML cell growth and differentiation; and b) specific regulatory proteins of the METTL3 complex in AML cells.
